At Tri Counties Truck Driving School, our commercial driver training program is designed to prepare students for a successful career in the trucking industry. This comprehensive training program provides hands-on training and classroom instruction to ensure students gain the knowledge, confidence, and skills required to obtain a class A commercial driver’s license.

Students learn essential topics such as vehicle inspection, safe driving techniques, trip planning, and FMCSA regulations. Behind-the-wheel training is conducted using 10-speed manual transmission trucks and automatic transmission is also an option for those who prefer it. This gives students real world experience in shifting, backing, coupling/uncoupling, and road driving.

Upon successful completion, students will be fully equipped to take the CDL pre-trip, skills and behind-the wheel test and begin a rewarding career as a professional truck driver.
